Lego Dimension failed to install despite enough hard drive storage

I am not sure this would work, but you could try clearing your storage device cache. This wont delete anything on your device(maybe game updates).

Xbox Live has been down recently and maybe thats a problem. You could try installing the game while offline.

Do you have enough space in your hard drive to install the game? If you have more than one drive storage, you may need to install it to the drive that has enough space.

Are you trying to install these games on your Xbox internal storage or external hard drive?

If it's on your External hard drive, kindly try to install these games on your Xbox Internal Storage then unplug the external hard drive.

If there is no External hard drive the best option is resetting the console removing everything.

I had this myself a few days ago. Check if you got storage left and if you have selected a type of storage (maybe internal storage or an external hard drive) with enough storage left. If your storage location of first choice doesn't have enough storage,
the installation will get stuck.

Please check if your console has enough storage for the game installation. If it has enough storage, try installing it on the external hard drive if you have one connected, if it doesn't work on the external hard drive, try installing it on the internal hard drive.

If the above steps don't work, please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try installing the game after that and see if it works.
