Lego Batman: The Videogame on Xbox One

Hello all.

Another tale of hell from the Backward Compatibility Hall of Fame.

I love the original Lego Batman and was delighted when it was available on Xbox One but didn't get around to playing it until a couple of weeks ago (Adult rubbish such as wife, new baby and moving house got in the way).

I am having real difficulty in getting access to my saved game. Most of the time when I go into the game and select "Load Game" it tells me
"You do not have an active gamer profile. Load game is disabled".

So the saved game is on the cloud server storage and I do have a profile that is active, but I have no idea how to force it to find this profile. It happens randomly and I can get to it, but it's a pain in the Brexit and I don't actually know what I did
to get it to load.

I am hoping that someone on here can shed some light on what I need to do.

Hey guys!

Have you verified that you are signed into the Xbox 360 emulator while Lego Batman is running? To check this, press both the Menu + View button while in Lego Batman. If the issue persists, please try these following steps out:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Storage, and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. After this, your Xbox One console will restart.
