Legitimately unjustified communication suspension

Earlier today, a game I play was taken down for maintenance. I'm a pretty active player and utilize the looking for group section often. Many posts were being made about the extended maintenance and I have put in a reply for one of them and I said, "Don't let the withdrawal kill you now"

This was reported as a threat and I am now suspended for 4 days.

I fail to see, comprehend and fathom how I could be suspended for something like this as it did no harm, was taken out of context and was clearly not directed as a hurtful message.

I submitted a case review and said the same thing, it was made on a post about a game being down for maintenance. Unfortunately there has been no response and I fully expect it to get denied.

If there are any manual reviews out there or others with the same problem or at least something similar, I ask that you please look into this or share your experience if you've ever successfully had an appeal go through and work.

Since you have already submitted your appeal, you just have to wait for their response. It could take some time to review depending on the volume of cases they're reviewing.

There's no decision yet so I am hoping that we get a positive response from them.

How exactly would I further elaborate on a case after an appeal when trying to repent it further can lead to harsher punishment?

I am sorry to know about your account suspension. Unfortunately, each of the appeal or case review we submitted to the Xbox Enforcement team varies in case to case basis. There's really no exact steps to get it successfully lifted because they review our cases based on the Xbox Community Standards.

You just have to explain yourself to them and it's up to them to decide what to do next. We cannot really control their decision on that matter.

Alright, but do you have any advice to give if it's denied and I have more of an explanation to give that thoroughly explains the situation? I wholeheartedly expect to have to wait the duration of the suspension and am fine with it as I don't really send messages out as much as I receive them. This whole predicament is just crazy to me. If it was reviewed with context I would have never had this issue

I understand your reasoning but you've completely ignored WHAT I was suspended for. The post was a complaint about extended server maintenance and sending a message basically telling them to just wait should not warrant a suspension. Moreso to the fact that they reported it falsely as a threat. :/

Also, I did not POST a LFG. I sent a reply to an existing one.
