    Is this email/website legit?

    Thank you for the update.

If the shipping label still isn’t showing and you’ve followed the steps online with no success, it sounds like the order may be stuck or the label failed to generate correctly. Since email and phone attempts haven’t helped so far, here’s what I suggest next:

    1. Recheck the repair order manually

    Head to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Sign in with the account used for the repair

Look for your device and click Repair order details

See if there's a download link or tracking section for the label

If it’s listed but has no shipping label, it likely didn’t generate properly.

    2. Contact support directly (request a callback or chat)

You can request help directly from Xbox Support here:

    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Select Devices > Set up a repair

Choose Contact us and select the callback or live chat option

This may help escalate the issue and regenerate the label manually.

    3. Optional – cancel and create a new repair

If the label still won’t appear and it’s time-sensitive, you can cancel the current request and start a new one at:

    https://support.microsoft.com/devices

Make sure your shipping and contact details are fully up to date

A new request often triggers a working label automatically

Let me know how it goes or if you see anything unusual on the repair order page. Update me if this works or not for you.

    Is this email/website legit?

Hello, and thanks for getting in touch. I'm Aileen, and I'm here to provide youwith advice as an independent advisor.

You're absolutely right to be cautious, and checking the link first is the safest move.

The website https://msreturns.ship2anywhere.com/ is not a Microsoft-owned domain. While “Ship2Anywhere” is a legitimate shipping platform that some third-party repair centers may use, this is not a Microsoft domain, and Microsoft does not send shipping labels through non-Microsoft URLs like this unless it's through a trusted partner clearly listed in their repair process.

Here’s what you can do to stay safe:

    Check Your Official Repair Request

Sign in to Microsoft’s official repair site:

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Find your device and check the repair order and shipping label there.

Microsoft-generated labels will always come from a Microsoft-owned domain, like:

    @microsoft.com

    @support.microsoft.com

*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Why You Shouldn’t Click That Link Yet

The domain ship2anywhere.com is a third-party logistics company, not Microsoft.

Even if a repair partner uses them, Microsoft will direct you there from your official account, not from a spam-looking message.

If your email address was exposed in the message body and the message went to spam, it's another strong sign that this may be phishing.

    What to Do Now

Do not click any links from the suspicious email.

Check your official Microsoft account for repair status and label (link above).

If nothing is listed there, contact Microsoft support directly:

    https://support.microsoft.com/devices

Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Looking forward to your response.

    Is this email/website legit?

Issue is the shipping label is not on the account. I have tried calling, email and used the chat to talk to someone at Microsoft but I seem to go around in circles or no one is replying! Have tried following your direction and what’s on the site but no shipping label is appearing. It’s getting very frustrating.
