Legendary Destiny Blacksmith Shader

I preordered Advanced Warfare before September 21st and I did not receive a code for the shader. I got the Black ops 2 camo and Call of Duty Ghost camo but not the shader. I talked to customer support and they told me to come to this forum. They also confirmed
that I did preorder and own Advanced Warfare. For reference to the conversation see
