Legend Of Korra shows up on game store but cant be downloaded/purchased< can anyone help?

Seems like the game was delisted, Cory, and another option you have is to check if there is still a game code on recommended retail stores or a physical copy of the game.

As Arthur Hank8 already correctly assumed, games with licensed content (e.g. games from a movie or TV series) get often removed if the publishing license contract runs out.

Which was the case for
Legend Of Korra, which was delisted from the store in December 2017.

Unless you find the game on a physical disc in used game stores, there is no way to download the game legally at this time.

I want to play the Legend Of Korra but the store says that the game isn't available at the moment is there a chance that i'll be able to buy it or is it completely out of the store?

Right now the game is not available for purchase, even on the microsoft website. You'll be able to install it, only
if you have it already on your library.

Games usually go trough situations like this, due to renewal of license and stuff, i recommend to check it periodically.

But it’s the same game, just a different console. I checked the backwards compatibility list and most of the games are on it. For instance, the Legend of Korra game was discontinued back when it was an Xbox 360 game, but they still have an entry on the store for it (presumably so people who owned it then can download it). It just doesn’t acknowledge that I own it.
