Legal way of getting "Skate 3" on an emulator?

I think I didnt explain it properly.

The emulator itself (xenia) is legal, but for getting the game on pc you usually have to things which are not legal at all. So is there any legal way of starting the skate 3 download on pc?

Well, technically it's possible. There is an Xbox 360 out there called 'Xenia'. But to answer your question of whether it's 'legal' is a grey area. Emulators are legal, but games obtained for them will more than likely not be legal. We can not offer help
with this on these forums.

If you've got an Xbox One though, Skate 2 and Skate 3 are BC.

There is no legal way to emulate the Xbox 360, which has no security issues to speak of unless it's been illicitly modified.

An emulator is not secure in any way shape or form. As EX suggested your best way is to use a real 360 with legitimate, purchased games.

Using an emulator is a violation of TOS, and can lead to account and hardware bans.

Also, It;s worth noting that use of emulators on PC is not legal.

Using Emulators on a PC is perfectly legal.

Using copyrighted software and circumventing copy protection to play protected software is illegal.
