project Xcloud it states:

During the preview, we will be starting small with a very limited number of spots available in our first phase and slowly increasing the number of accepted users throughout the year. Due to the large volume of applications, not all players can be accepted
into the preview. You may not receive an invitation for many months (or at all) during the Project xCloud (Preview).

The Xbox One doesn't know what you have hooked into the HDMI port (and if it did, you would still probably be able to spoof it to get around it). The Xbox One doesn't allow for recording TV due to legal issues. If you would like to record Xbox 360 gameplay,
you can look into getting a capturing device like other users use now.

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer support for users taking part in the Xbox One Update Preview.

Posting over on the preview forums allows our preview team to offer support and take note of any issues users are having with. the preview.

Hi there there already is a way to capture in game footage by using the "xbox record that" command it will allow you to capture up to 5 minutes of gameplay.

There are a number of items you can buy that will capture your gameplay. Roxio has a Game Capture device you can purchase (it's cheaper than the HD PVR, which will also allow you to capture high definition gameplay) which is supposedly easy to set up.
