    Hello,

    I have started legal proceedings against Microsoft Ltd for wrongful termination of my Xbox device, however I have found no way of serving them their papers, can someone please tell me a email or a postal address on where I should send this.

    Name and shame of other gamers is against the forum rules.

    If you want to take legal action against other gamers, that is on you.

    You have no grounds for legal proceedings against Microsoft, as they have already given you the tools to report and block messages.

    I realize this isn't about Live, but the reason that I suggested that you look at the ToU was, if you want to pursue legal proceedings, there is information in there that may be useful to you. Not everything will be relevant, but there is some useful information
    you might want to know.
