Left4Dead keeps saying offline?

Hi, I've had an issue for 2 days now playing L4D2 on the Xbox X. It keeps saying can't connect to Xbox live, but GTA5 & Rory Mcllroy golf lets me straight online.

I've followed a few videos online on fixing the problem, but still same issue.

Here is what I've done so far:

Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.

Did a reset on the console by pressing the power button until it goes off.

Unplugged my router.

Removed some games and still have over 500gb free storage.

Added my old game Left 4 Dead 1 and it also says "Offline"

Any help is more than welcome for this old guy!

Just a friendly reminder, we have been receiving lots of reports with the same issue, however, there is no official announcement or update from Microsoft yet so in the meantime, we just need to perform troubleshooting steps and see if it helps.

Kindly try the steps below;

- Check for available console updates

- Test Network Connection

- Clear Alternate MAC Address

- Test a different network connection (e.g. hotspot, wired connection, WiFi)

- Change your DNS connection by going to your Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > DNS Settings > Manual > and manually changed the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4 and then restart your console?

Halo Reach. It's the only one I can say where I've enjoyed the competitive multiplayer.

Other than that it would be Left4Dead. Best co-op game on the 360 to my eyes.
