    Left Xbox Insider but can't get back the stable build of xbox app on pc


    I left Insider because I cant play my installed EA Play games as EA thinks another user downloaded it. I can also not download any EA games either. EA says they faced an error and I should restart the app, which I have done multiple times.

    Anyway, now that I left it, EA still doesn't recognize any of my installed games citing the same reason.

    When I checked my xbox About section, it shows that I still have the Insider build of the app ( 2203.1000.21.0 (Internal) ).

    I reinstalled both apps but faced the same problems.

    Help me out please.

    Hello BowPeaTee, I don't know how Insider is now, but the last time I was part of it, whether on Windows or Xbox I had to do a complete reinstall of my system after I left the program, I know sometimes it may not be ideal but if you keep picking up Apps from Insider versions the most practical solution is to do a reinstall from the system root.

    Please try leaving the program first and go back to an stable Windows build

    In the meantime and if you can, try downloading and testing the game on a PC with an stable Windows build

    The other option is leave the program and go back to an stable OS and check if the issue persist or not
