    Hello Flame,

    Sorry for the issue with your controllers. Have you tried updating the controllers? Also you can take the batteries out of the controllers leave out for about a minute. When you power up console make sure nothing on controller is being pressed. Try these
    and let us know how it goes.

    Do you by chance have a second controller signed in, that is pushing up?

    On the main Xbox menus, multiple controllers are "fighting" over the control of the dashboard, and every controller can move the cursor.

    When you start a game, each controller is assigned to a specific player, and only that player is controlled. So if a second controller is always pushing up, it won't affect control in a game of the first controller anymore.

    I have two controllers and the problem is with both, about what you say, I checked and yeah one of them is off so I don't think is that, I already tried like erasing everything from the xbox one but I still had the problem, when I keep pressing the X button
    on the middle of the controller the menu with power off and turn of the controller works fine
