    Left and Rigth clic not working.


    Hi community, I just get a brand new Controller Elite Series 2 but my left and right clic are not working.

    Games like Jedi Survivor and Gears 5 need the left clic to mark the enemies and right clic to use expressions, but my controller doesn’t work, I don’t know if a have to configure it out or if my controller is defective.

    Hi Chepo, my name is Jhon, and will be a pleasure help you

    First, we test if the buttons respond correctly in control test mode, to access this menu on your console, if you have an Xbox ONE go to:

    Setting

    devices and streaming

    accessories

    Once inside the accessories menu at the bottom it shows you 3 options. I selected option 3, which looks like a flat-bottomed flask with some liquid in it.

    This menu is the test mode, here you can check if all the buttons work correctly.

    If the controller does not register correct button presses, you must request a repair from Microsoft Support.

    Yes, with right stick you can Panning the Scene (rigth <-> left) But I'll try to Rotate the scene (like on PC) to see behind the monuments or mountains Like if you change north with south, not just forward and backward. Hope I explained myself better. Thank for your help and comments!
