    I have left Xbox live rewards but none of my credits or gems have gone into my balance like the website said they would. When will they go in or will I lose them?

    I left Xbox live rewards at the start of April and was told on here that my rewards credits would be deposited in the end of month deposit but they are still not here. Where are they or have I lost my 5000+ credits?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were unable to perform a deposit of opted out members in the most recent deposit cycle. You should expect a deposit at the very latest by the time of the full transition to Microsoft Rewards at the end of
    June. While we are aiming on attempting an earlier deposit than that date, at the current time, we have not received a specific estimate on when that deposit would occur.

    Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
    of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, since you chose to opt out in
    the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and are a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    PLATTYBOB I wouldn't be so sure that its not a Virgin ISP issue to be honest there are quite a few problems with that ISP when it comes to gaming.

    Do you have any friends on ADSL from another provider, BE, o2 , BT, TalkTalk etc? Can you try your Xbox on their connection?

    Is your account part of a family gold package? I have the option to remove accounts from my family center. That may be what it is. I think it also may require the "adult" member on the package to approve it.

    I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, where he suggests the following steps to leave a family group at Microsoft:

    You can leave the family group in the following way:

    1. Go to the following website and log in with your account:

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

    2. You will see your account as a member of the group in the family list, click on "You" or on the profile image of your account.

    3. In the "General information" tab, navigate to the bottom of the page and you will see a section that says "Member settings" where you must click the "Leave family group" button.

    Keep in mind that if you are not of legal age you cannot leave the family group on your own.
