    Leaving Xbox preview program


    Hi, I have some questions about leaving the Xbox preview program. I clicked to leave the preview program and it said Unenroll pending. It said it would take a while for me to be removed because I have to wait until the current preview update is released
    to the public. I also the deleted the preview dashboard app. I was wondering if the app was still needed to finish the unenrollment process and how will I know when I have been completely removed. I didn't post this in the early access forums because it says
    group not found, but no need to fix that issue since I am leaving.

    How would I, on my xbox 360? Every time I go to download the preview program's updated dash, it cannot be processed. My internet connection is solid, and there's no download link for a beta update to update my console via USB, so the next best option is
    to opt my account and console out of the program.

    *I would think this falls under XBL Account Management, considering the preview program invitations were sent out to specific accounts. I apologize in advance if I'm in the wrong section.

    This is a
    known issue with the Xbox One Preview Program. It sounds like you, or someone that shares your Xbox One with you, is a member of the Preview Program and has enrolled your console. You will want to have the person who is a part of the preview program leave
    feedback via the console app (hold down the Xbox button and use the "Report a problem" box on the right) and then log into the Preview Program forums above to leave further feedback.
