    How long does it take for the console to unroll it self from the program? Also should the console be in always on mode for it to go faster?

    I have a problem with it and have sent it to reparation twice for same problem. I wanted them to wipe the consoles memory and reinstall it but the console is still in the program... (I can't login in on the console)

    I missed that I could have done it from the pc before I sent it to reparation and did the unroll when it was being shipped bak to me.
