lb buttons acts as if its being pressed is there any fix

Hi there Andocretuse welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I used to have an issue with my RB button, honestly I fixed it with compressed air, is not permanent but it worked. If you still have the guarantee I advice using it as well!

LB. If you didn't know this, I personally would highly recommend going into tag practice for a bit. And learn the buttons and moves, press start and go to "moves" and it will show all the buttons and its functions.

for wireless, you press the button on the controller, between the RB and LB, and press a small button on the console at the same time.

Just a quick fix try this

go to System > Storage

and press the following buttons LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X

a pop up will appear, select yes to delete the latest dash update

reboot the console and do a network test to get the latest update again

Power down, press and hold the sync button (the small one to link in wireless controllers) and while holding it press the power button.

Continue to hold the sync button until the console is booted up.

Go to System Settings and choose storage.

On your controller, press the following button sequence: LB-RB-X-LB-RB-X where LB is the Left Bumper and RB is the Right Bumper

Now, retry updating from the USB drive.
