Lazy Support Still Missing Ebon Skin

to get this clear the staff at the support here is just a big joke because first of. they are lazy they can check if my mixpot in link to my microsoft account (it is and have always been since the stream) and probebly see if i have seen the stream but they
dont care and answer with the same thing in all my reports of me missing the flintlock ebon skin. its either that everyone should have it or that the stream was more then 2 weeks so they cant fix the problem and you cant send a report if it havent been 1 week
after the stream has ended so i submitt around 4 reports in 1 week and then i submitt the report 1 week after stream and not 2 weeks after and i get the respond that i posted i wrong place then i send a new report in the Sale & Promotions place and i got the
answer

and it takes around 18 hours for them to respond or more there should be a discord were you can talk about the support..

they dont even wanna wast 10 sec to just find out if my mixpot is link (and it is) or look up if i watched the stream

and here they say that i need to report it within 2 weeks

and im still missing the Ebon Flintlock skin and this support is **** next time i wont even want to spend a sec trying to submit a report of any kind in Xbox, Microsoft Etc.

so just because you guys at the support did a **** i get punished i mean you did just say everyone should have it by now instead of actually trying to help me out for me it just feel like **** and lazyness...

and btw i forgot to mention about the another problem. I posted 18 days ago a support ticket this is just a re-post because they didnt answer the last one.....
