Lazy Microsoft Support Specialists?

So I finally found my old Xbox 360 and tried to sign in with my old account and i forgot the password, i tried to recover the password but i no longer have access to my old phone number linked with the old account therefore text or call for a code to reset
your password is out of the window. I proceed to try and recover my account by using my other email to get a code but then another problem:

"If possible, answer these questions from a device and location that you've used before with this account.

On the following pages, answer as many questions as you can. If you don't know an answer, just try your best guess."

I no longer live in my old house, I no longer have my old laptop and the only thing i know/remember is my old email/gamertag, my Xbox ID and the owner of the account which it's me. I still tried multiples times my best to answer the questions but fail due
to lack of information i don't recall and also fail because I didn't provided enough information. I also make sure to use both my new and old last name. and my grandfather's card expired which i used to buy Xbox live and no one remembers the last 4 digits
either. I tried getting help by an Xbox Ambassador, he suggested me to do the things that i have done, he gave me a token for a Microsoft Support specialist, i explained my situation to the Specialist and he told me to report this problem to Microsoft privacy
and i did, a day later they responded me back with the link that takes me back to the Microsoft support specialist. Ladies and gentlemen, this is where a small unwanted loop is born.

So uhh, i heard that Microsoft support specialist can actually help me because they're in a strictly controlled environment and can see my account info but i guess they're that lazy?

up to this day i still have trouble with my password.

Edited: i simply want some actually support help, my last alternative would be to go viral. I do not want to make Microsoft look bad but this is very annoying when their support specialists are tossing me and my password problem around in a loop.
