Launching a game but it puts me back to home

So I've had this issue for a few weeks now and I'm wondering if anyone could help me fix this. So when I launch a game a few seconds later it just sends me back to home. No error code of anything but after 6 - 7 times of trying it works again for like an hour or something then it crashes. I'm on xbox series x.

Hey, Ubiquitty. Can you clarify a bit more? This is on the current 1403 build? And the scenario was you were in a game, then pressed the home button or "Xbox Go Home", then launched the Party App and it put you back into the game that was running?

I agree this is a profile issue, my Kinect takes ages to recognise me but my family member it does instantly and they never have the splash screen issue and programs i.e. Xbox fitness load so much faster on other peoples profile but on the same Xbox one,
does everyone with this issue have a 360 ? I wonder if there is a profile conflict

had similar problem with wolfenstein except the game just did not start at all. I found it needed another 7gig update which I think was problem. maybe some of the games that act up are actually updating in background.

I'm loosing the will to live, spent £600 when the machine come out, and another £120 in games since and the only game that doesn't crash out after 10-15min of starting it is fifa!! Just bought plants vs zombies and the game is ruined by the machine just
throwing me to the menu screen, I'm sure the major rival console has issues to but buying this console after being a xbox fan for 10 years and not being able to use it for what I bought it for is starting to grate BIG TIME!! I've hunted hi and low for a fix,
I've hard reset, I've uninstalled and re-installed I even downloaded rising dead, did the same, went bought the hard cd version and it does exactly the same!! I've never been so frustrated with xbox in my life, crying shame as it' could really be a great console
had it not been for this consistent problem. Even called xbox and they had no answer to my problem just have me my download purchase money back. This needs fixing or I will seriously consider moving the "the other side" ... Don't know if anyone from Microsoft
