latest update - Video Playback Glitches Ocassionally

Not sure about the sync issue, but the Blu-ray app on my XB1 S keeps wanting to update every time I go to the update section in "my games & apps". And also 4k playback isn't working.

It seems the latest console update messed up the Blu-ray/video playback in many areas.

Anyone tried streaming a movie over DLNA since the latest update? I have a GB wired connection to my media server but movie playback seems to have a slight stutter/delay between picture and audio. Just enough jitter to be really annoying. Music playback
is working great, so glad to have this added! Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with movie/video playback?

OK, I watched the first one and its the tunnel wall glitch in new zombs map which will be patched in then latest update as they always do. The second video was weird. It was MP action and I didnt see any glitching nor modding...............//facepalm.

That's not true. I used to be able to download movies and videos; but once I updated the latest update I no longer have the ability to download anything.

Plus I'm experiencing glitches such as the screen toggling to full-screen and not being able to switch it back to normal.

I am now having this issue with my blu ray player app on the xbox one as well. I was watching movies fine until the latest update. Randomly I will have a pause(screen goes black and no audio) for a second or two and then playback resumes. It's a problem
with the app and how it buffers/caches or the xbox itself is doing something in the background and interrupting the app.

If I rewind and playback the same spot there are no problems. Something is randomly affecting the blu ray playback. It's happening like every 20minutes for me since the latest xbox update.

Their is definitely a software issue that needs to be addressed.
