I've hard reset my console multiple times, I've even gone as far as factory resetting it, with no luck.

Ok, so I've gotten in contact with xbox live support. We tried everything from hard resetting to factory reset. Even after factory reset I'm having trouble with live. I still have trouble signing in, updating (I had to do an offline update for my xbox) installing
games, and even opening apps. I still can't see whose on my friends list. I don't understand what happened it was working fine last week
