Latest update has crashed my Xbox, when factory resets and offline updates don't work,...

Update: I've concluded the hard drive is probably bad. After many hours, I have been able to get to the Troubleshooter and have tried to do factory resets as well as offline updates of OSU1 and factory reset. The soft factory reset has just come back
with other error codes as have the offline updates. Sometimes the offline updates successfully complete but come back with error codes (ex. 200 and 103). The offline updates often get to a point where each additional % of progress is very very slow. You can
hear the hard drive working hard when that happens. The error codes seem to indicate failure of offline updates. So I have given up. Luckily I realized my 1 year warranty was not up yet so I will be sending the unit back for warranty repair.

Alright, my Xbox is working much better in the short term.

No amount of factory reset, save deletion, profile deletion, etc. would stop my constant flow of save issues and E102/103/105 errors. I couldn’t perform an offline update as the offline update box was always greyed out, no matter how many reformatted usb
sticks I tried.

I went to the local Microsoft Store and they had what they referred to as a unique offline update on a marked USB stick. My Xbox wouldn’t read it, so we did a number of factory resets and then tried what was apparently a different flavor of this offline
update stick. That one was read fine and my Xbox has worked fine tonight.

for some reason the new update that rolled out for inside alpha member just doesn't work and ive tried to do everything from offline updates to just power cycling nothing works and in the end my xbox just factory reset itself and it still couldn't
update so i don't know what do to at this point.

Dont do a factory reset I'm hearing a lot of fails that way

If you are using wired ethernet cable to connect your console, you must disconnect it prior to doing a Offline System Update (OSU) via USB.

Power cycle your network hardware and try Online Factory reset again and choose the Delete everything option.

Finally that's not Fifa. I dont know what happens. It crashes again.

I can't connect my profile, I can't launch games, I can't play offline, I can do nothing...

The factory reset has not changed anything. My Xbox is dying until the last update.
