Latest update causeing black screen how to fix it

Anyone know how to fix black screen after the update without doing a offline update as i have no pc

Thank you for reaching out. The black screen could be a result of a corrupted update. In order to solve this, you can try performing a

factory reset while keeping your games and apps by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Does the Xbox still turn on? Do you see anything at all or is it just a black screen ?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Not sure if it will fix your problems but the recent update caused the screen to go black on the XB one versions. Easy fix was to turn off and unplug the Xbox for a minute or two.
