Latest update broke video, support not assisting

I spoke to Xbox Support and they advised that this is a known issue and they are working on it. I guess they broke something in the latest update.

Would be good if we could get a further update MS.

They just broke the recording with latest update. This looks the Welcome of the new console and end of so called powerfull console. Please fix this.

I will try to help you. Did you try to make a clear cache as soon as the console was turned on? By standing for more than 10 seconds on the front button of the console until it goes off. This manipulation solves a lot of problems. After that doesn't work,
only support when they're available can help.

If you are using wired ethernet cable to connect your console, you must disconnect it prior to doing a Offline System Update (OSU) via USB.

Power cycle your network hardware and try Online Factory reset again and choose the Delete everything option.

Are you in the insider program? If you are that’s the issue it isn’t your network the latest insider update broke nat types, I reported it as a problem and hoping it’s fixed in the next update
