hi, I've purchased rogue one and spent over £16 on movies listed, and neither of these missions are showing as complete.

can you confirm the points will be added to my account?

Points not registered

I bought Gears of War and The Last Jedi on Saturday evening to participate in the latest rewards mission. I have also played Gears of War quite a bit to complete the mission.

Even though it has been more than 96 hours since I made my purchases, the mission isn't registered as completed. The punchcard is not filled.

Is there some kind of problem with the mission?

That is an additional mission, there will be between 3-5 like this, they will be small story missions that reward you with a weapon. They are exclusive to retailers though, for the mission you stated you must preorder from gamestop. there are other missions/weapons
though. but as with must exclusive content it will all come free later on, in say, multiplier dlc, or as with ACR's Lost Archive, in campaign dlc.

You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

Hello DLemma,

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases. This was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your last purchases were made on March 31st, we have not yet processed those purchases.

You can get rewards by completing missions that have rewards attached too them as prizes.
