    Dear Sir, Madam,

I don't see my latest purchases reflect on the new interface of myrewards.

I found the percentage bar easier to understand than the new wheel as it was showing exactly how much I had to spend to get a new star.

    Best regards,

    Gregory

    :)

Good job you decided to check. Would hate for you to buy One, then rush home to find you can't hook it up.

    Hello TROPICO,

We see that your percentage is accurate. Keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity, so your purchases from the 4th were only processed recently. Thanks for your feedback. We are still in the process of refining
our new web layout, so we appreciate your input. We'll escalate this to our web team.

Purchased game unable to download on home console

Hi, is the Xbox you originally purchased the game on a part of the latest preview update and the other Xbox isn't ?

There is a known issue regarding this situation.

    • Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

    • Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

    • Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.
