Latest PC Insider Xbox App Build - Offline Play cannot be enabled

Hi AllOutJay, please make sure your PC meets the following requirements:

• Have a video card capable of 1080p60 encode.

• Be running Windows insider build 14332 (current Fast ring build) or better.

• Have the latest version of the Xbox (Beta) App: 15.16.25000.0.

To enable this feature.

1. Launch the Xbox (Beta) App.

2. Navigate to Settings > GameDVR.

3. Set the Video Quality to Very High.

When you remove a console from the insider program, a ~4GB update will be pushed out to it that will put it on the latest public build. It's a large update because it's a "full" update, rather than an incremental one, although your games and apps will still be installed once it's complete. It can take up to 72 hours for that to happen, but usually it doesn't take that long.

You cannot do an offline update when your console is running an insider build, because the build number is higher than the one you're trying to install, so it will fail.

So, yeah, assuming you've properly removed the console from the insider program, you just have to wait for the large update to be pushed out to it that will put it on the latest public build.

There is a alpha update available today, but since you want the public update, you need to unregister the console, so it will update to the latest public build. If you cannot access the console, then download the xbox insider app on windows 10, and if you can, unregister the console.

Is your PC up to date with the latest build 18362.329? Also you can try and reset the Xbox beta app.
