    Latest Alpha Skip Ahead Update Issue


    I’m experiencing an interesting issue since the latest alpha skip ahead update. For example, when I hit the home button, I am greeted with the home tab. If I attempt to move my joystick or dpad to the right to go to the people or messages tab, etc, I am physically unable to access those tabs, and it makes the movement noise and then automatically takes me back to the home tab. This happens on all Xbox pages, but not in Netflix, etc. I have tried multiple controllers and the Xbox app controller. I can’t even report this issue in the Xbox Insider Hub or by holding the home button and clicking “report a problem” as I can only access the first column of any options on the screen and cannot move to anything to the right lest it automatically moves me back to the left.

    I have hard reset three times and also hard reset and taken out the power cord for 15-30 minutes twice.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Well if he's in the insider programn then he got a update today had the same issue the alpha & apha skip ahead builds are broken for 50% of the people that are ih that group so don't update your console if you're in alpha or alpha skip ahead
