Latency-Lagging issues on my Xbox ONE X

Hi,

Long story short, since February I've been running with a latency of around 48ms, since last Thursday for whatever reason ( wish I knew) My latency has shot up to 186ms, which basically makes games like PUBG unplayable. I've done all the basic forum ideas
clear the storage on the Blue Ray, un-tick the video capture, clear the MAC address but all unfortunately to no avail. My ISP supplied me with a new modem today, I had big hopes that it would all improve but unfortunately nothing changed. I have a LAN set
up with a Download speed of 121.04Mbps, upload of 11.98Mbps no packet loss MTU of 1460. I tried wireless that pushed everything up to >200ms. I've swapped ethernet connections that also didn't help.

Would very much appreciate any support ideas on this matter.

Xbox One X Latency issue

Hello! I have an issue with the Xbox One X, it is wildy unstable! Usually I'm at 40-50ms, which is fine and I do not have the best internet, but as soon as I bought the xbox one x it has become an issue. On my original Xbox one I have no issues with latency,
but on the xbox one x I do. Is this a hardware error, will it be fixed? should I return the xbox or....WHAT SHOULD I DO? It's a damned shame because I love the console, but the latency issue is killing me

 

Xbox X stuttering/Lag

Same here, try this on the my game menu, move from one selection to the next. This simple action lags, then for sure in a game we are experiencing issues.

 

me and all my friends from around the U.K have been having the same problem and we are all on different ISP, have contacted microsoft and they say they have not had many complaints about this, which i find hard to believe. so need as many people as we can
to do a network test and do a latency check and if it is high then contact microsoft support, so they can look into it, i normally have a latency of 25ms but it is 148ms at the moment.

 

are you talking about latency when doing a network test with the xbox because if you are my friends and i are experiencing the exact samething and we are all in the same state and we all have different providers

 

i would get 50-52 and now its in the 60's since sunday

 

ive got same issue and so does the guys i game with latency went up after last week

Yes, you're right, that's exactly what I am saying. It just jumped like crazy.

So basically, I'm no expert, but that must mean that I'm having an issue connecting to the Microsoft servers that are located for my area, at least in Europe? Sorry another question, what does that then relate to when you connect via gold to a game like
PUBG that have there own servers. How can I measure that, or does it then really matter what the latency is on my xbox network, as then I am connecting directly to the PUBG servers and the latency will then depend on what PUBG servers are pumping out?

I'm in the U.K and my latency has gone from 20-40ms to 150-160ms and wont come back down. Games lagging a lot more and its doing my head in. Anyone found a way to fix the issue yet?

 

even me i am facing the same problem in here in playing pubg i am finding many dificulty but i am facing this problem in my pc . so i want to ask a simple question

is there any solution for playing pubg very smoothly without lagging . i hope so you will find the solution of this problem and will tell me.
