Minha internet está ótima, estável, jogos no celular não trava nem nada, mas no xbox a minha latência esta 136ms, alguem poderia me ajudar? Já tentei arrumar o DNS mas nada, reiniciei o modem e o Xbox e nada ajuda e vi o ping em jogos no celular, fica cravado
no 20

Thanks for reaching out! I understand there is an issue with the network connectivity on the Xbox One. I suggest trying the following troubleshooting article:
"I am experiencing slow performance when playing Xbox One games on Xbox Live."

network setting guide. There is troubleshooting at the bottom. Are you running a wireless connection? If so, may want to try a wired connection. Let us know how it goes.

I already use a wired connection and i take a look in these forums but its the same things i do it

Hello sabunete!

As previously posted, opening your network ports (aka port forwarding) would help the speed and latency for most, if not all, network connections. I would refer to our page entitled

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One for details on how to set that up.

Give the information there a review and let us know how it helps in resolution to your issue
