Late credits deposit

I have waited 26 days for my xbox Live rewards credits to be deposited into real currency. I have no patience anymore and want to make a deposit now I have 5570 credits and please help because I've been waiting for a month and this is just shocking

Can i deposit more than 5000 credits at once?

Once you get over 5,000 credits, the system will deposit all of the credits you have pending in time for that deposit. So all 14,900 credits may deposit at the same time, but if you earned some of them too late for a deposit date, only part of them may deposit.
5,000 is just the amount you need to trigger an automatic deposit.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date. This was deposited on the 18th.

If those credits were earned after March 15, they would have been earned too late for the March deposit and will be deposited on April 12.

Hello Vcollstorm,

I can confirm Murphs' and Smwutches' responses. Since you requested your deposit too late, it was not able to a part of the mid-month deposit. It will be a part of the end of month deposit.

However, keep in mind that Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your referral Credits that you recently received on the 16th will not be a part of this end of month deposit, but will be a part of next month's mid-month deposit.
