Kindly refrain from providing your account information to anyone, Randy for your security and privacy.

Also, in regard to your concern, please try removing and re-adding your account by following the steps below:

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

my gamer score has just been re set no friends showing and my microsoft points have gone

basically i have been callled a cheat!!!!! at the time i told xbox that i had been hacked to which they looked in to and found that i had been hacked, my gamer score was recorected and put back to what it was ....but now its all gone again since i did an
update?????!!!!!! dec 2009 is when i was hacked. i played further till july 2010 with my gamer score....i then have not played untill thurs of last week as my xbox is due to run out,. i know this is not your fault guys, but is very frustrating as i spent
hours to get those achievments and scores with my online mates..........

This has been happening for me too since the last update. It seems ro be pretty random, sometimes the average and/or friends score shows up, sometimes it doesn't. Never had the issue before a couple of weeks (months?) ago.

Yeah, there seems to be a recent increase in these lately. I've had three people with a 0 gamer score send a friend invite this week, none have messaged me. The first two I tried messaging to see why they were sending me an invite, no response so now I'm
just blocking them. I know of at least three other friends that have been getting these, two of whom have had the "how old are you?" line with at least one of their 0 game score scammers.
