    Also, another thing started to happen and this SURELY wasn't an issue before. I have a Samsung Q80R and if I disable/enable game mode when a HDR game is running (FIFA, Battlefield...), this feature will not be enabled unless also quitting it.

    Battlefield 1, by the way, became blurry and without HDR, clearly being displayed with a lower resolution, even though my TV was still informing 4K, after enabling/disabling game mode while playing.

    The existing transfer cable doesn't work for 360S hard disk drives. Unless there's a new cable introduced sometime soon, you'll need to transfer your saved games with an Xbox-formatted USB flash drive.

    From what I could gather online from others who have this issue, it does not appear as if the game supports HDR on PC.
    Strange. I've seen online that with the patch 1.3 the HDR was introduced for the PC version of the game.

    I had a similar issue last night happen to me. I think sometimes, in some instances, settings like HDR dont get properly triggered between the Xbox and the display.

    Last night I had Elder Scrolls Online suspended and when I returned to it the monitor hadn’t been triggered to switch to an HDR profile.

    Force quitting the game and relaunching it fixed the problem.

    Unless I'm reading it wrong - which I hope I'm not - the OP is stating that Fortnite and Apex aren't showing HDR, but the others are. Fortnite
    doesn't support HDR, it's an SDR only game. I'm pretty sure this applies to Apex as well.

    If you run HDR on a none HDR enabled game, it won't look right. All the colours and saturation will be far too high. If HDR is set to auto and is working for other games that have HDR, then that's how it's supposed to work.

    Hi,

    If you've got the latest graphics driver and Windows updates then it could be that the game doesn't support Auto HDR. While most PC titles should support Auto HDR It's still a little hit and miss on PC.

    Unless your monitor/TV has at least HDR 600 (600 Nits peak brightness) it's usually not worth turning on.
