    This afternoon, after turning on my xbox and recieveing a message about " my xbox is Updating" it is just a black screen, Tried hard reset and changed hdmi cable. can anyone help ?

    Well, that didnt work but thanks for ruining my weekend and saving me money on your membership fees, i guess maybe next time you guys put out an 'Update" you should make sure it doesnt break your customers equipment, Because everything worked just fine before your " update".

    Exact same problem, at a guess some how the drivers for the remote have been played with in the last update for the xbox one and are now broke? Just need to highlight it with microsoft.

    The last update (The one before this one) broke my xbox 360 that I'd had from 2006 or so.... I got lucky and was given a new one as a Christmas gift (Ack, around 2 months without being able to play games). I'm hoping it'll last as long as my old one....Or
    even longer.

    I'm getting tired of everyone thinking I should be made of money to buy new game consoles and HD TV's and everything. I'm not, I can't, and I'll be very broke if I did....
