Last Modern warfare update

The last Modern Warfare update knocked my rank from 116 to 55. I worked hard for that Rank. How do we fix this?

i've had modern warfare for the last two years and all the updates made me not have my multiplayer for modern warfare anymore and I don't know how to reinstall multiplayer for modern warfare since I have the disc version and I don't know what to do because Customer service will not help me can someone online help me

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on in game rank. You will need to reach out to Infinity ward on this matter as we have no way of accessing in game content. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums, i will be locking

idk, i can run Modern warfare on ultra with no problems

all wiped on the apps, i'll try reinstall the last windows update.
