Last Cash-back was on March 31

Hello,

I'm little bit confused about MyVIP Star Rank program. Last cash-back I got was on March 31 and since that day, I purchased different xbox one and 360 titles . I still get credits for completing missions but didn't get any credits from MyVIP.

Didn't receive £10 Xbox Gift Card

I received an invitation by email on March 5 to go Gold by March 31 to receive a £10 Xbox Gift Card by March 31. I joined Gold on March 16 but haven't received an email with instructions on how to redeem my gift. I was sent here by Dean from Xbox support. Thanks

You should receive the email by March 31. If you don't receive anything by that date, you'll want to post back here.

 

April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue.
