Laptop making sound while someone plays on xbox console

Do you and your son share the same user on the PC?
Based on your description, it’s likely to be notifications from messages.

Can you try creating a new local user on your PC and verify if the same behavior occurs when your son plays on the Xbox, and you’re using now the new user?

Additionally, please review if your son's account is logged into the Xbox app and the Game Bar.
You can access to the game bar by pressing the Windows key + G.

Thank you! I was able to get in the xbox game bar and log out of the account from my PC. I don't hear the sound anymore.

Yes we have the same user name on PC. For now it looks like I can just log out of the game bar and that seems to work. If it happens again, I will create new account profile and see if that does it permanently. Thanks again.

You can definitely connect Xbox consoles to to a PC or laptop via Bluetooth. I just witnessed it happen today while making contact with someone from XBLPET. We got four Xbox Series S consoles connected to my laptop via Bluetooth.

What you must do is setup network transfer on your Xbox Series consoles then also set up remote streaming. It works 100%. Also make sure you have full your privacy and safety setting turned on for the radio.

As said above, it's a XBOX Slim model. I played it a bit today and it wasn't doing it. It does it one day then the next it's near fine. It's like the video no longer transmits into my TV while the console freezes then buzzes. Sounds like the fan to me seeing
as I have a laptop and it too makes the same noise if it's placed on my lap too long, saying it's getting too hot. I use the cords I got with the console for my tv. I have an HDMI cable. I will try it later.

Maybe they or someone will make like skin plates which you can put on your console which have themed pictures or colours. I've seen them for Dell laptops and for Xbox 360 consoles.
