Laptop freezing and crashing - Controller disconnects then crashes

Hello all. I hope someone can help me because nothing has helped so far. Basically the issue first and foremost is that my laptop has been crashing during and after gameplay. Even if I haven't played for that long like to test it. It first happened a few
days ago when I updated my graphics driver.

I have the Inspiron 7577 laptop from Dell, with the i5 Intel processor and the 1060 Max Q. 8Gb ram. Some more information: Sometimes when it crashes it will beep at me, either right after I Control Alt Delete my way into restarting it. Every time it crashes
my Xbox one wireless controller connected via Bluetooth disconnects. Then the mouse is unresponsive and then it crashes. Sometimes it would either hard crash like that or crash straight to Desktop during gameplay.

I factory reset my laptop twice. I've talked with someone here at Nvidia and they had me updated my integrated display Drivers. That of course didn't fix it. I contacted Windows support and they remote accessed my computer and fixed some Driver incompatibilities
and updated to the newest version of Windows 10. Didn't help. I talked with Dell and He said my laptop was crashing because it couldn't handle the games. (laugh) I was testing MK XL at the time. Mind you the same issues happen with The Walking Dead Season
3 and every other game I tested.

I thought I fixed the issue last night when I installed DirectX. It was working fine for the most part. Then it froze up and crashed and even beeped. At that point I gave up and went to bed. This has been extremely annoying as I just got this laptop. What can
I try to fix this issue? I just updated my graphics driver to the one released in October. Gonna restart and test it. My laptop shouldn't be beeping. I don't know what that is about. Something tells me the issues go hand in hand cause they happen at the same
time. When it crashes it doesn't always beep though. Should I updated the BIOS or change settings in the firmware? I'm not really sure what to try. Thanks to anyone who trys to help.

Update: Contacted Dell and they didn't help at all. It just crashed and I didn't even boot up a game. Just connected the controller via Bluetooth and then it crashed 10 or so mins later. Dell said to contact Xbox. I'm still under warrant. Something tells
me they just wanted to pass me off to the next person so they didn't have to deal with me anymore. Before they transferred me around and one guy pretended to get bad connection and hung up. It was really sad to witness. So idk what to do... nothing and no
one has been able to or wants to help.

Microsoft edge

Microsoft edge has been freezing and crashing on me every time I use it. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes for it to crash or if I'm lucky it takes 10 minutes for it to crash. I have no idea what to do.

 

Tomb Raider DE crashing (same spot)

What MJL87 said about the freezing/crashing issue after the plane crash and the guy with the shield, start a new game and reload the old save. It worked for me!! THANKS

 

Sorry, but there’s not much the Xbox forum will be able to do for your computer. Dell probably told you to come here because you mentioned about a problem about the Xbox controller, which is not what they assist with.

If you have any warranty on your Dell computer, you may want to look into getting Dell to fix your problem for you. My guesses: corrupt Bluetooth driver, defective Bluetooth component in laptop, laptop is overheating
to forced shutdown, or internal power supply issues.
