laptop automatically going to lock screen while playing games or pressing keyboard

Ok, if this happens as you mentioned even while watching videos, you should contact the manufacturer of the device as that could be hardware issues

You can also try to reinstall the drivers for video

first thank you for replying it doesn't switches to black screen it automatically switches off the screen while my laptop is on and when i press power button several times it goes to lock screen. I am facing problems in both while in gaming while watching videos or while doing other things and i m not playing games in xbox i play games in launcher like bluestacks,gameloop,ld player

What games are you trying to play? Are those games from Xbox app?

Are you sure the screen it's turning off and not just being black? Usually games will go to a black full screen and then the game/developer logo/intro
