Language issue

Discus and support Language issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the game through my Xbox in UAE.     Language issue


    I purchased the game through my Xbox in UAE. All my language settings are in English and so far every game has come with English language as default setting. Somehow Star Wars Battlefront came in Arabic ONLY and I have no way of changing the language to
    English. Has anyone faced the same issue and if so, what is the solution?

    I already contacted EA on this and they said they only have codes for the PC Games and all Console (Xbox, PS4) game codes are managed by Microsoft and Sony respectively. I haven't been able to get any Xbox ambassador in the chat to provide support either.

    I'm from Switzerland I know that this should go to the german/swiss forums, but they're dead, so I figured out that posting here will help me faster. Soo, I bought Tomb Raider during Summer Sale. When I wanted to play the game, the whole Interface(HUD, Text)
    was french. Luckily I was able to change the audio output to german, but still after swapping the system language from English to German and the Region from Switzerland to Germany, the Interface remains french. I checked the marketplace and it said that the
    game should be in french and german, soo yeah, can anybody help me?

    Seems like the only way to get the game in English was to change my Xbox setting to UK instead of UAE but now I can not play any online part of the game because of "incorrect region settings". How stupid is that!

    Not sure if the console version has the same menu options as the Steam PC version so this may be no use whatsoever:

    "On the main menu, select the forth one down from the top. (its options in English)
    From there, click the very first one at the top (General)
    then click the top again and scroll through the options. that should be where you can pick your language."

    On your console, Go to Settings > system > language and location.

    Change the language to English, the region to USA or UK and leave the location at where you live. Relaunch the game and it should be in English.

    Are you trying to switch the game language to English? If so, can you snap a screenshot/picture of the game menu and I can help you navigate to the language section within the game to make the change.

    Try to reinstall the game. Maybe when you installed it, the console language could be in arabic. For a game to stay in english, when you install the game needs to be already set console language in english and not only when you execute the game.

    You can't as only Dutch or French is supported in belguim

    Keep in mind this is for xbox 360 only

    Xbox one is language and region independent

    Since xbox 360 digital games are region dependent you can only.use.disk.games and since they are being delisted disks are your only.choice nowadays
