"Lake" stuck on loading screen.

I know I've probably wasted my money for Gamepass ultimate but I really don't know why more than 50% of games have problems and there is no the full xbox catalogue playable in cloud but doesn t matter; LAKE that is the only game I'd like to play on my tablet stuck on loading screen, on windows, on browser, on IOS so everywhere. Is there a way to make it playable? I know you like to sell xbox and for you PC gamers are a sort of class B users but you know, I paid for a ghost service and don t come and tell me "Hello I'm an independent advisor" or try to reset the PC etc etc. How can I delete cloud gaming saves on windows 11? Is there a way? Cause even If I start a new game the game is in loop in loading so I need to delete the save or restore files but how?

Yeah, that's the odd thing.

In the previous images I don't mind starting the game, but just to test I created a new game and in my case I was able to play

The only thing that came to my mind is maybe there is an issue as you said, with this specific game on the Microsoft server dedicated to your region/location :c

We may need to wait until Microsoft fixes that, would be nice send to them that feedback in case you did not try it:

Thank you Josef, so the only way to make the game playable in cloud is to buy an xbox? I was not wrong when I wrote MS is only interested in selling their plastic boxes. I really appreciate your help cause every indepent advisors try to do what MS should do so resolve problems.

I've tried every platform, W11 app, chrome, edge, IOS but the game seems corrupted on my account. I never had high expectations on a service in beta for 73 years but I think they currently have enough negative feedbacks to improve cloud gaming.

Sadly at the moment the only way to delete a cloud save us via console
May I know if you already try using another web browser to play that game on your PC?

I really apreciate your effort but the problem is related to this game only, I'm not a casual user and I post on this forum only when there's a clearly MS fault and this is the case. I have a video on my phone of 8 mins but I send you the situation on my surface.

The odd thing , is that I couple seconds try launch Lake via cloud on my PC and it works perfectly.

Even I tried the same on my phone, and indeed is working the same way.

I'm thinking that can be something related to your internet/service provider connection . It will be nice double check if you have open all ports required for XBOX Live services.

You could try using a VPN service just to test it in case you already had all ports opened
