    LAGGING, LATENCY, OPEN NAT: XBOX SUPPORTS USELESS, TECH SUPPORT USELESS...


    I have gone through all the ISP providers and always strived to get OPEN NAT because people on the internet and the support team for xbox live have always pointed me and millions of customers in that direction hoping after thousands of fun less games filled
    wiht stress and anxiety because of the complete inability to play a fair game without one having the upper hand because of a so called OPEN NAT or a better internet connection. Well I am here to call nonsense on all the hype and drama you all have been filling
    the internet and phone lines up with to avoid the real issue that we (the customers) are being ripped off flat out bottom line. Technology is advanced enough these days for there to be no excuse. I just obtained OPEN NAT tonight after a weeks worth of struggle
    to obtain a public ip address and guess what it got me. The same old lag I had always had. Only this time with a OPEN NAT...I couldn't help but laught to myself and how much of a joke Xbox Live is becoming. Even on shooter games theres tons of lag that isn't
    noticed because the game moves at a fast pace so you think the other player is really good but he simply has the best connection in the game. So no talent or good gameplay, just a roll of the dice. That is sad Microsoft. Technology super giant that cant figure
    out a simple solution to good online gameplay. Sony here I come. Apple I'm already here. I already had to send my xbox in for repair not even a year into owning it and it won't read discs and the internet gameplay lags making games unplayable even though I
    have OPEN NAT 20mb download and 1.67mb upload with 31ms latency....unbelievable! REALLY? Why don't you just host games in the cloud since you charge us to play multiplayer games supply us with the proper servers and or tools to play our beloved video games
    with out having to be a network administrator or a router engineer with usernames: admin password: passwords anymore, that should be left behind with the old xbox 360. Lets get a system that supports the features you claim for everyone and not just the poeple
    who are in big cables pocket. You make it friendly with all the Big ISP providers and big cable, which is why we can't run OTA coaxial cable through a HDMI plug now can we. Unless we want to pay comcast or verizon to get a cable box that will use coax to HDMI.

    that is the answer

    if you have to create an new account thats it you need to create an new account

    remeber though things do change but it depends on the issue

    if you are expecting free repairs no not going to happen

    we send you to xbox support for requesting a repair order that is a verified and the only solution

    if you are expecting free downloads because you don't live in an xbox live supported country nope international laws say otherwise

    Hi Shambles. Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service, but we always do appreciate hearing back from folks. The above posts have some very good info in them. Sometimes the true answer to a question isn't
    necessarily the one we're hoping for.

    As for long-tail issues such as the one you linked, I can definitely understand frustration. Some of those exotic issues can take a little while to resolve. However, we keep those threads open and we keep in contact with folks because we never want to abandon
    customers, even when we can't resolve their issues right away.

    Support is useless

    3 seperate Xbox Live accounts and all of them banned or suspended? Ive been playing on Xbox Live with the same account for almost 8 years and never once was I suspended.

    Theowenkiller brought your recent game history in to question because those games aren't supported by their developers anymore and modded lobbies are often played in. Playing in these lobbies is against the code of conduct and is a punishable offense.

    If you must know, I'm on this silver account because in the last six days 3 of my gold accounts have been suspended for no apparent reason. I call support and they tell me I have to post on the forum (which I've done in the correct forum.) to talk to the
    Enforcement team. First off, it's absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age I HAVE to post in a forum and can't speak directly on the phone with someone that can help me. Second, the fact that if you are suspended you can't even use the forums and have
