    is your connection wireless or wired?

    if wireless, are there any electronic devices that could be interfering with the signal from/to your router?

    Hi. Try these common troubleshooting. Unplug your router and then plug it back in. Also, try reinstalling Gears 4. And make sure you try powering off your console completely by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Then turn it back on. Hope these helps.
