lag will be the death of cod

why dont they deal with it, sick to death of the lag

and the controls arent as responsive as in other cods

instead of thinking how much money they drag in they

should sort the connection issue out

stupid money grabbing microtransactions

pay more money for extra classes

wasnt that included if you prestiged so many times in a previous cod

seems they want to milk the customer as their franchise goes down the pan

CODs, especially MW3, has a ton of "random" things that can cause deaths and/or WTF moments. Lag, bad internet connection, etc........

 

Double Kills

using knife only, and speed perks is practically lag-glitching, and indisputably one of the heaviest ways to packet-spam. Knifing in COD is for sissies plain, and simple. It should be boycotted, but clearly not enough COD players have the balls. I got my
200 knife kills, and no more after that. As for additional kills with regular weapons it's all about how much you lag in the lobby. If you lag any more than half a second you'll be lucky to stay kill for death, and with a normal ping you'll easily kill at
a 4 kill to death ratio. This game sucks I'm not even trying to play COD anymore like I used to.

While I'd normally agree with you Armani, I have 25 up and down internet and still get super laggy lobbies and *** over by people having host advantage.

I dont know about the host advantage thing. I've had several matches where I just couldnt kill anyone no matter how easy of a kill it should have been ..... backed out and caused a host migration.

I dont have any idea how to tell if I'm host without backing out though, so I dont know whether that was a small part of my hostings or a large part.

I have had some matches where I've had a definite advantage ..... again, I dont know who host was because I didnt back out during those.

 

Lag comp is a Treyarch thing. Every game I've played has ran flawless. I had ample amounts of problems with MW3 and thought they had in fact let the series go downhill but Ghosts still continues to impress me with how well they bounced back.

 

Get better internet that always works stop using dial-up..... I never have lag in any COD game just saying....

 

Tbh,The lag is ok for me in this game,BO2 used f'ck me over big time and make me host every game,This game is better for me.I'm not against micro transactions in general for camos and stuff,But they went a step too far imo by only giving us 6 classes per
prestige and making us pay for the rest,We should've got ten from the start.Also extra selectable classes could be argued that it grants a small advantage,BO2 had that right with the 'class sets',I think this is a little too much interference in game play
for me,How long before we get 'pay to win' style mt's?The presedent has already been set,It is a slippery slope.

 

I figured they did 6 classes just because you could switch cgaracters between matches ... but I agree that making the other 4 available for purchase is allowing people an edge by paying. I dont have a problem with microtransactions either , but the shouldnt
be thinks that could influence the outcome of the game.

 

I have had lag in every FPS I have ever played. Even games with dedicated servers. This is no different. What I have noticed is lag starts when people quit or the system picks a host that is good at the time but then something happens. You never know
what could be going on in the hosts home i.e. someone else could have gotten on the internet.

Point is, don't be so quick to blame the game. There are other factors.

 

it just goes from one person to another, think we all take it in turns thats how the system is designed and little kids get impatient and dont like getting thrashed then they dont buy the dlc etc, if the other team has less lag then you you will get slaughtered

 

I used to jack internet wirelesly from my neighbor ( Lag ), went out and got cable and 15-1 meg high speed cable modem fastest that is available and still get lag at some times. performed a speed test on my set up and it came back that I was at 15.97 down
and 2.18 up, if that isn't fast enough Microsoft and XBOX have got some work to do on there end to get rid of the lag. everyone shouldn't have to go out and get a t3 connection to play games!
