    I remeber using a ethernet cable on Xbox 360 and they arent the greatest to use because the download speeds are horrible and the WiFi and ping wasnt great. I recommend you just use a outlet surge protector like i use, plug in the Xbox One power cable and
    the HDMI cord, and play the Xbox One using the WiFi from your router.

    Hello Giovanni,

    I recommend that you continue pursuing this matter through your Internet provider it sounds like your main issue is lag, which could only be from either two things. Too many people using the internet at the same time or your ares is experiencing internet
    difficulties, i cant see there being any problem with the xbox itself. I have had my fair share of times where i have lagged for long periods of time on games and never new why. I recommend contacting your internet provider and asking them to look further
    into your predicament.
