lag and jitter in fullscreen mode gaming..

+1 Same issue here.

Keyboard input lag only in Fullscreen mode and only on xbox game pass app.

Bandwidth hardly matters for online gaming. What is important is ping (delay between two PCs or consoles) and jitter (variance in that delay). I would say that 1Mbps download is plenty for a lag-free online game experience provided you have a good connection
with low ping and jitter.

roblox does not have true fullscreen mode same as a lot of games these days, it is actually borderless even if you select fullscreen, so the task bar will always appear at the bottom if the mouse moves down there.

Based on your description, you are playing a Microsoft Store version of game and is on Windowed mode for playing. When playing high-resolution games with outdated graphics, lag is apparent. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

• May we know what game/s you are playing?
  
• Kindly test your computer's ability in playing full screen movies from any movie-related app or website. Please check if you experience lag issues while seeing the movie is playing.
  

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

1. Install PC updates including Optional Update. Guide - Update Windows
   
   • If you have issues with update, please check the troubleshooting steps available here - Troubleshoot problems updating Windows.
     
2. Please do the update of drivers, guide - update drivers in Windows.
   
   • NVIDIA
     
   • AMD
     
3. Restart and disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, proxy, firewall and PC Optimizer.
   
4. Start the game and please update us if issue persist.
