Lackluster and illegitimate support

I have four Xbox's in my household, one of which belongs to my nephew. My account is his parent account. He's limited to any purchases unless I provide him with gift cards which I always purposely buy off Amazon.

Yet, he's been suspended for "marketplace fraud".

All he does is play Fort Nite and Roblox like most young children these days. Mind you, I DO have him and my niece sharing the THIRD game pass subscription I now have here. Is that why? Otherwise I'm utterly confused as to what he's been suspended for. Naturally,
none of the agents can give me an answer and just refer me to the mundane case review on the enforcement page.

I've tried contacting multiple agents to just get the same repeated answers off of a sheet, along with sugar coating. The only people that can help me, are Xbox enforcement in which you're fire-walled and sorted behind a ridiculous survey that has no single
room for errors in hopes you give up and just wait it out. I have better things to do than keep trying in hopes you guys don't throw trick questions or nitpick your questions.

My last attempt, I got to 11 out of 12 answers and failed the last one and got booted out for 24 hours, again. Why? Because I agreed that having religion in your profile or gamertag is frowned upon. Stretching it much with some of these questions aren't
we?!

As a very long-term Xbox Live member and loyal supporter (11+ years without a single infraction), I have to say I am very disappointed in how things are dealt with nowadays. Is it to help keep the support staff low and help the bottom-line??? All this automation,
and limited submissions. So, where is my subscription fees going to exactly? Is it the promotional or dead weight monthly free games? Some of which on 360 are being carelessly re-hashed now it seems. I'll take legitimate support and customer service over free
games I barely play or want, any day. I've now noticed that the forums have been taken down with a 503 HTTP error as well and this is what we have now? Lovely, "Community" feeling.

Wow, thats is not a great story to have had happen. Hopefully enforcement will be able to sort it all out. But this seems to be an issue for many people and unfourtunitly there is not anything that someone from support can help with. Beat of luck and hope
that the issue gets fixed

 

Hi, the case review on the enforcement website is the only avenue open to you I'm afraid. There is a particular section on that website Xbox Enforcement | Stay Safe that
shows some of the reasons an account could be suspended for marketplace theft although it does list the usual reasons there may well be others that aren't listed.
