Hello. I play call of duty with the mouse and keyboard. the headphones are connected to the controller. Unfortunately, I have a problem with the controller turning off after several minutes of inactivity. is it going to somehow turn off the energy saving options in the controller so that it does not turn off? the problem is annoying because when the controller turns off, I lose sound and voice chat, which is very important. please help

sorry. but I believe it is not the fault of the controller. many of my xbox friends with mouse and keyboard have the same problem. I believe this is the fault of the software. for example, the play station has the ability to set the controller idle state for up to 3 hours. on xbox we do not have this option

I understand, the downtime considered by the control is 20 minutes. What I could recommend to you besides using the cable without the batteries, would be to press one of the control buttons between this time so that the control does not turn off.

For example, press the control button every 15 minutes, taking into account that the control off time is 20 minutes.
