Konto vorübergehend gesperrt- zweistufige Authentifitzierung (Account temporarily suspended...

Guten Abend,

Vor einigen Wochen hatte ich mir einen Microsoft Account erstellt, auf dem ich mir dann Red dead redemption 2 gekauft habe, für die xbox one.

Vor einer Woche habe ich schließlich gemerkt dass irgendjemand meinen Account gehackt haben muss, da ich mich nicht mehr anmelden konnte. Glücklicherweise konnte ich durch eine SMS mein Passwort wieder zurücksetzen. Als ich schließlich in die Kontoaktivitäten
geschaut habe, hat sich mein Verdacht bestätigt: ein unbekannter aus Katar muss mein Konto gehackt haben, und mein Passwort verändert haben . Als logische Konsequenz habe ich daraufhin die Email Adresse des Kontos, das Passwort, den Gamer Tag usw. Geändert,
damit dieses Person keinen Zugriff mehr darauf hat.

So weit so gut. Da der typ aus Katar aber anscheinend noch auf seiner xbox mit meinem account angemeldet gewesen sein muss, hat er anscheinend Spam Mails von account verschickt. Denn heute Nachmittag bekam ich eine Mail in der stand dass mein Account vorübergehend
deaktiviert sei da ich gegen Richtlinien verstossen haben soll. Nachdem i h mit einem Support Mitarbeiter gesprochen habe erfuhr ich, dass ich meinen Account gar nicht zurückbekommen kann, da ich, aufgrund des Hackerangriffs, eine zweistufige Authentifizierung
eingerichtet habe. Darauf hätte man bei Microsoft keinen Zugriff so sagt sie mir .

Kurz gesagt bin ich entsetzt. Ich möchte mich vor Hackern schützen aber im Endeffekt kann ich so gar nicht mehr auf meinen Account zugreifen!?!?!

Wenn ich nicht das Geld dass ich für das Spiel ausgegeben habe auf mein anderes Konto zurücküberwiesen bekomme, oder ich meinen anderen Account zurückbekomme und man mir endlich sagt wie ich ihn WIRKLICH schützen kann, werde ich wohl in Zukunft auf keinerlei
Microsoft Produkte mehr zurückgreifen …

Good evening, a few weeks ago I had created a Microsoft account where I bought Red Dead redemption 2, for the Xbox one.

A week ago, I finally realized that someone must have hacked my account as I could no longer log in. Luckily, I was able to reset my password by texting. When I finally looked into the account activity, my suspicions were confirmed: An unknown one from Qatar
must have hacked my account, and changed my password. As a logical consequence, I then changed the account's email address, password, gamer tag, etc., so that this person no longer has access to it.

So far so good. However, since the type from Qatar must still have been logged on to its Xbox with my account, it apparently sent spam emails from account. Because this afternoon I got an email saying that my account was temporarily disabled, I am said to have
violated guidelines. After i h spoke to a support employee, I learned that I can't get my account back at all because, due to the hacking attack, I set up two-factor authentication. You wouldn't have access to that at Microsoft like that, that's how she tells
me.

In short, I am appalled. I want to protect myself from hackers, but in the end I can't access my account anymore!?!?!

If I don't get the money I spent on the game transferred back to my other account, or I get my other account back and I'm finally told how to REALLY protect it, I don't think I'll be going to any Microsoft products in the future Grab …
